Hi, ALT x 3 = # nm + 30 nm (for High speed) = # or + 20 nm (for mid speed) or + 10 nm for low speed. When there is a ALT constraint over a point, usually I take the difference between the current ALT and ALT constraint x 3. Example: Current ALT FL250, Const ALT FL100, so FL250 - FL100 = 15,000 ft x 3 = 45 nm + 30 nm = 75 nm will be my TOD from constraint point. Thanks
